Membership Requirements
1. The member must be a physician, dentist, or pharmacist
2. Be a resident of Finland
Types of Membership
1. Active Member
2. Associate Member:
Students and those in the process of obtaining equivalency (until they receive a temporary or full license to practice)
Right to Stand for Election
Active members have the right to run for the positions of chairs of the various committees,
* Only those who hold a full professional license are eligible to run for positions on the Board of Directors (President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary).
Right to Vote
All members—whether active or associate members—have the right to vote in the association’s elections and on amendments to the association’s bylaws.
